Using the platform
ChurchBe Suite is built for church administration: members, attendance, giving, reports, communication, events, follow-up, and related ministry operations. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that respects your church, your members, and other users.
Accounts and responsibilities
Church administrators are responsible for who they invite into their workspace, what permissions those users receive, and the accuracy of the records they manage. Please keep passwords secure and let us know quickly if you believe an account has been misused.
Subscriptions, payments, and trials
Plan prices, billing periods, trial terms, and payment options are shown before you subscribe. If your church has a billing question, needs help changing plans, or wants to cancel, contact us and we will help you through it.
What is not allowed
You may not try to break into the system, bypass permissions, upload harmful content, send abusive messages, interfere with service reliability, or use ChurchBe Suite for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Service availability
We work to keep ChurchBe Suite reliable and available, but occasional maintenance, internet issues, provider outages, or unexpected incidents can happen. When something affects the service, we aim to respond quickly and communicate clearly.
